ترک و ایران و عرب مست فرنگہر کسی را در گلو شست فرنگ
English translation
Turk, Persian, Arab intoxicated with Europe and in the throat of each the fish-hook of Europe;
Urdu translation
ترک ہو یا ایرانی یا عرب سب فرنگیوں کے افکار سے سرمست ہیں؛ ہر ایک کے گلے میں فرنگیوں کا پھندا پڑا ہوا ہے۔

This is couplet 37 of 38 in “زیارت ارواح جمال الدین افغانی و سعید حلیم پاشا” (The Sphere Of Mercury: Visitation to the spirits of Jamal al-Din Afghani and Sa‘id Halim Pasha) in the section The Sphere of Mecury, from Allama Muhammad Iqbal's Persian book Javid Nama (جاوید نامہ), published in 1932.
