نقشہا نابستہ بر لوح وجودخردہ گیر فطرت آنجا کس نبود
English translation
Images as yet unlimned on the tablet of existence where no critic of nature has yet been born.
Urdu translation
اس کی لوح وجود پر نقش ابھی ثبت نہیں ہوئے تھے؛ وہاں کوئی شخص فطرت پر تنقید کرنے والا نہ تھا۔

This is couplet 9 of 38 in “زیارت ارواح جمال الدین افغانی و سعید حلیم پاشا” (The Sphere Of Mercury: Visitation to the spirits of Jamal al-Din Afghani and Sa‘id Halim Pasha) in the section The Sphere of Mecury, from Allama Muhammad Iqbal's Persian book Javid Nama (جاوید نامہ), published in 1932.
