رواح رذیلہ کہ با ملک و ملت غداری کردہ و دوزح ایشان را قبول نکردہ
اندرون او دو طاغوت کہنروح قومی کشتہ از بہر دو تن
English translation
Therein live two ancient demons who slew a people’s soul to save their skins,
Urdu translation
وہاں دو پرانے طاغوت تھے جنہوں نے اپنے بدنوں کی خاطر قوم کی روح قتل کر دی تھی۔

This is couplet 10 of 17 in “رواح رذیلہ کہ با ملک و ملت غداری کردہ و دوزح ایشان را قبول نکردہ” (The Sphere Of Saturn: The vile spirits which have betrayed the nation and have been rejected by Hell) in the section The Sphere of Saturn, from Allama Muhammad Iqbal's Persian book Javid Nama (جاوید نامہ), published in 1932.
