در حضور شاہ ہمدان
جوہرش با ہیچ شی مانند نیستہست اندر بند و اندر بند نیست
English translation
The soul’s substance resembles nothing else; it is in bonds, and yet not in bonds;
Urdu translation
جان کے جوہر کی کوئی مثال نہیں؛ وہ (بدن کی) قید میں ہوتے ہوئے بھی آزاد ہے۔
