در حضور شاہ ہمدان
تا ز جان بگذشت جانش جان اوستورنہ جانش یکدو دم مہمان اوست
English translation
When he gives up the soul, his soul is truly his, otherwise his soul is his guest but for a moment or two.
Urdu translation
جب وہ جان سے گذر جاتا ہے تو جان (ہمیشہ کے لیے) اس کی جان بن جاتی ہے ورنہ یہ جان تو ایک دو دم کی مہمان ہے۔
