در حضور شاہ ہمدان
عقل است چراغ تو در راہگذاری نہعشق است ایاغ تو با بندۂ محرم زن
English translation
Is reason your lamp? Set it on the path to shine; or is love your cup? Quaff it with the intimate.
Urdu translation
اگر عقل تیرا چراغ ہے تو اس کو سر راہ رکھ دے؛ اگر عشق تیرا پیالہ ہے تو صرف محرم راز سے مل کر پی۔
