غزل زندہ رود
دو قطرہ خون دلست آنچہ مشک مینامندتو اے غزال حرم در ختا چہ میجوئی
English translation
What they call musk is two drops of the heart’s blood; gazelle of the Sanctuary, what are you seeking in Cathay?
Urdu translation
خون دل کے دو قطرے ہی تو ہیں جنہیں کستوری کہتے ہیں۔اے غزال حرم ! تو ملک ختا میں کیا ڈھونڈتا ہے (اپنے خون سے کستوری حاصل کر)۔
