در بدن داری اگر سوز حیاتہست معراج مسلمان در صلوت

English translation

If you have life’s ardour in your body, you will know that the ascension of a Muslim is in his prayer.
(‘Life’s ardour’: It is the same thing which in some places Iqbal calls ‘light of God’ and in other places as ‘light of soul’. All these terms stand for spiritual orientation. Ascension (Mi’raj): It is the direct experience of God which the Prophet had. The verse is a rendering of the famous tradition ‘Prayer (Namaz) is a Muslim’s ascension’.)

اگر تو اپنے اندر سوز حیات رکھتا ہے تو تو محسوس کرے گا کہ نماز میں مسلمان کی معراج ہے ( اسے نماز میں معراج کی سی کیقیت حاصل ہوتی ہے)۔
