جہان عشق نہ میری نہ سروری داند
بہ عشوہ ہای جوانان ماہ سیما چیست؟در آبہ حلقۂ پیری کہ دلبری داند
English translation
What is there in the blandishments of fair-faced youth? Come; join the circle of an old man who knows how to conquer hearts.

چاند چہرہ نوجوانوں کی اداؤں میں کیا رکھا ہے، (مجھ جیسے ) پیر کے حلقہ میں آ، جو دلبری جانتا ہے۔
