گرچہ میدانم کہ روزی بی نقاب آید برون

Thy cup replenish still with tears and midnight sighs, replenish it until the radiant sun shall rise.

اپنی شاخ انگور کو گریہ ہائے نیم شب سے سیراب کر، تاکہ اس کے اندر سے شعاع آفتاب باہر نکلے (تاکہ اس کے اندر سے ایسی شعاع نکلے جو دلوں کو منوّر کر دے)۔
