داغی بہ سینہ سوز کہ اندر شب وجودخود را شناختن نتوان جز بہ این چراغ

Let thy breast be flame-conceiving, for within this night of living self may never come to sight save discovered by this light.

اپنے سینے میں داغ (محبت) روشن رکھ کیونکہ ہستی کی رات میں؛ اس چراغ کے بغیر اپنے آپ کو پہچانا نہیں جا سکتا۔
