جس کی نمود دیکھی چشم ستارہ بیں نےخورشید میں، قمر میں، تاروں کی انجمن میں

The one whose manifestation witnessed the astronomer's eye: In the sun, in the moon, in the assembly of stars.

صوفی نے جس کو دل کے ظلمت کدے میں پایاشاعر نے جس کو دیکھا قدرت کے بانکپن میں

Whom the Sufi found in the dark recesses of his heart; whom the poet saw in the midst of elegance of Nature.

جس کی چمک ہے پیدا، جس کی مہک ہویداشبنم کے موتیوں میں، پھولوں کے پیرہن میں

Whose brilliance exists, whose fragrance persists; in the pearls of dew, in the shirts of flowers.

صحرا کو ہے بسایا جس نے سکوت بن کرہنگامہ جس کے دم سے کاشانہ چمن میں

Who has inhabited the wilderness by becoming tranquility; whose Presence creates the uproar in the midst of the garden.

ہر شے میں ہے نمایاں یوں تو جمال اس کاآنکھوں میں ہے سلیمی تیری کمال اس کا

Though His Beauty is manifest in everything; in your eye is Its climax, O Sulaima!
